Renewable Energy

RASCO KLOCK provides legal services to support renewable energy projects.  Our lawyers have represented owners/sponsors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and lenders in the development of a variety of energy projects, including hydroelectric, solar and wind electric generation facilities throughout the United States and Latin America.

Our experience includes drafting, negotiating and providing claims management services for front-end engineering design (FEED) contracts, EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) agreements, EPCM (engineering, procurement and construction management) agreements, supply contracts for wind turbine generators, solar panels and other major power plant components, licensing agreements, and many more.

Among our goals is to communicate effectively with our clients’ commercial and technical teams in order to create contracts that integrate the legal, commercial and technical requirements for our clients’ projects.  We find that disputes arise when legal, commercial and technical requirements are not well-integrated, and we work with our clients to avoid disputes.
