Rosana M. Gutierrez, a seasoned business lawyer, joins Rasco Klock’s Miami office from Foley & Lardner LLP. With over 15 years of experience leading complex business transactions, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and public-private partnerships, Gutierrez adds further depth to the firm’s corporate practice group.
Gutierrez regularly advises both domestic and international clients and guides them through the entire company life cycle ― from establishing the right structure, to scaling operations, to identifying and executing appropriate exit strategies.

In naming Gutierrez to partner in the Miami office, Ramon Rasco, firm managing partner, founder, and head of the Business Law Department, pointed to Gutierrez’s depth of expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity/venture transactions.

Prior to joining Rasco Klock, Gutierrez was a business law attorney at various large international law firms such as Foley & Lardner LLP, Greenberg Traurig PA and the former Steel Hector & Davis LLP.
Gutierrez earned her law degree from Columbia University School of Law. She also holds an M.B.A. from IESE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the University of Florida.
