As a business lawyer, Mr. Esquenazi assists domestic and international clients with the legal and business aspects of organizations, operations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, restructures and dissolutions of business. These generalcorporate services include the structuring of business ventures and entities in the U.S. and abroad through the use of domestic and foreign corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, joint ventures, sole proprietorships, private foundations and trusts, as well as negotiating and documenting a wide array of business related agreements, such as shareholder, partnership, operating and joint venture agreements, employment and consulting agreements, non-disclosure and non-competition agreements,

TAXATION EXPERIENCE
As a tax lawyer, Mr. Esquenazi advises clients regarding income, estate and gift taxation, including taxation of domestic and foreign individuals and businesses within and outside the U.S., as well as pre-immigration tax planning, which included the establishment of domestic and foreign revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts and business and wealth restructures.
