Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). - Successfully representing client in defense of $10 million action for undue influence and tortious interference.
- Multiple representations of various business partner disputes related to civil theft, breach of fiduciary duty and dissolution proceedings of various entities.
- Representing developers in various actions related to breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and Florida Statute Section 558 et. seq. proceedings.
- Obtained multi-million dollar judgment in favor of American Le Mans Series racing team against Fortune 100 sponsor.
- Representing third-party interests in federal criminal forfeiture proceedings.
- Representing clients in defense of breach of contract claims.

- Advising clients on wealth management and family wealth dispositions, as well as complex U.S. and international marital litigation, including the restructuring of business and property interests globally.
- Negotiating the breakups and dissolution of business entities, resolving complicated business disputes, and frequently mediating and negotiating intercompany and interfamily disputes without resorting to the courts.
- Handling multi-district litigation (MDL) and complex class action defense cases in federal and state courts.
- Representing one of Florida’s largest agricultural companies in environmental regulatory and rulemaking matters before the Department of Environmental Protection, Environmental Regulation Commission, and South Florida Water Management District, and in related rule challenge proceedings before the Division of Administrative Hearings.
- Representing an automobile racing developer in the United States on land use issues before federal, state, and local agencies.
- Representing clients in federal litigation regarding EPA approval of environmental regulations.
- Representing clients in multimillion-dollar class action litigation involving breach of contract disputes in the agricultural sector.
- Representing clients involved in defense of class action breach of contract claims; successfully securing decertification of class and subsequent denial of request for class certification.
- Representing clients in putative environmental/mass tort class actions alleging diminution of mental capacity due to exposure to a large number of contaminants.
