MIGUEL A. DE CASTRO focuses his practice on general Real Estate matters, Real Estate transactions at the residential and commercial level, Real Estate, Probate and Family Law litigation matters, including evictions at the residential and commercial levels. Additionally, Mr. de Castro has acted as general outside counsel for companies that conduct business in the State of Florida that are originally from Spain and Colombia.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Mr. de Castro is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. A native of Madrid, Spain, Mr. de Castro emigrated to the United States in 1994 and was raised in Miami Springs, Florida with his mother and grandparents. He received his law degree from the Benjamin L. Crump College of Law at St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida. He graduated in 2010 from Florida International University of Miami, Florida with a double major in Political Science and History. From 1994 through 2005, Mr. de Castro received his primary and secondary education in the public school system of Miami Springs, Florida where he graduated through the Hospitality and Tourism Magnet Program at Miami Springs Senior High School.
