IRMA DEWELDE is a Commercial Closing Specialist in Real Estate who focuses in all types of commercial, residential, land development, developers, leasing and purchase and sale transactions throughout the United States. Her experience comes from banking and finance, title insurance and as a paralegal working in several national law firms based out of Miami in the Real Estate practice groups.
Ms. Dewelde is fluent in English and Spanish and has joined our Firm bringing a wealth of experience with respect to acquisitions and sales of land as well as closing a variety of loan products in the Commercial Real Estate arena.
