Salomón B. Esquenazi, Esq.

A member and principal of the firm, Salomón Esquenazi has considerable experience in domestic and international taxation, estate planning, probate, guardianship, business law, and international transactions. Mr. Salomón represents both domestic and international clients ranging from small businesses to larger international corporations and high net worth individuals. He specializes in business law, structuring of business ventures and entities in the U.S. and abroad, negotiating and documenting a wide spectrum of business arrangements, such as shareholder, partnership, operating, and joint venture agreements, letters of intent, stock purchase and merger agreements. Mr. Salomón  is also an expert in tax law, including income, gift and estate taxation, including the taxation of both domestic and foreign based businesses and individuals, as well as pre-immigration tax planning, including the establishment of domestic and foreign revocable and irrevocable trusts and business and wealth structures.

Mr. Esquenazi is a Certified Public Accountant, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, received his law degree from South Texas College of Law and his Master of Laws degree from the New York University School of Law. He is a member of The Florida Bar, The Texas Bar, the American Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Salomón is fluent in Spanish and has lectured for a variety of industry groups regarding taxation and estate planning.
