We have competency and provide our clients with critical advice and guidance in projects involving residential planned communities and subdivisions, apartment complexes, office building and office parks, condominiums, mixed-use projects, warehouse and industrial projects, big box and neighborhood retail shopping centers, and agricultural properties held for redevelopment.

Our clientele includes landowners, national multi-family real estate investors, developers, banks engaged in real estate finance, construction companies, brokers, private lenders, and property management companies. We work extensively with international investors looking to invest in or develop real estate in Florida.

Our firm has cultivated over the years solid working relationships with governmental authorities in South Florida. Our collaborative relationships with local governmental authorities allow us to successfully assist our clients as they interface with South Florida governmental entities.

Our firm has extensive experience in analyzing and obtaining title insurance coverage for the firm’s clients. We are agents for major national title insurance companies and have extensive contacts in the title insurance industry.

The Firm’s attorneys also have experience with construction law, from counseling and transactional work, to litigation.

Our attorneys have dealt with many issues relating to construction process, including building contracts, bonds and sureties, construction and builders’ liens, and construction claims. We have counseled owners and general contractors, and have litigated and mediated construction cases. Our attorneys have worked with the parties who typically make up construction projects including financial institutions, architects, builders, engineers and planners.

With respect to transactional work, our attorneys are experienced in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, design and construction documents and contracts, bid documents, employment and consulting agreements, joint venture agreements, swap agreements, stockholders agreements, operating agreements, asset and stock purchase and sale agreements and related documents, title commitments and title insurance policies. In sum, our attorneys are experienced in all documents relating to real estate and corporate transactions. On the litigation side, our professionals have experience in all kinds of real estate, corporate, commercial, employment, environmental and intellectual property litigation, including stockholder and business disputes, contract claims, mortgage foreclosures, construction-related disputes, and insurance claims and defenses. We also have experience in filing, prosecuting and defending lien/bond claims and in bid protests and other public contracting disputes.
