Daniel T. Pascale, Esq.

Mr. Pascale regularly advises clients on a broad spectrum of matters including commercial foreclosure, distressed property law, receivership, large scale development, land use and zoning, government contracting, and procurement disputes.  In addition, Mr. Pascale has experience in eminent domain, code enforcement, sustainable development, and community association law.
 
Mr. Pascale frequently represents clients before the state trial courts as well as various local, regional, and state administrative bodies including the Division of Administrative Hearings, the Department of Community Affairs, and the Miami Dade County Department of Environmental Resources and Management (DERM).
 
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Pascale worked with Berger Singerman in Miami where he was a member of the Government and Regulatory Team and with a boutique law firm in Tallahassee where he advised public and private sector clients on development issues pertaining to comprehensive plans, land development codes, and developments of regional impact. 
 
Mr. Pascale received a B.A. in Economics at Florida State University in 2001 and a J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law in 2004.  While in law school, Mr. Pascale served as an Articles Editor for the Florida State University Business Review and received book awards in Immigration Law and Entitling Master Plan Communities. 
 
Mr. Pascale is currently a member of the Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC) for Miami-Dade County. The CTAC is comprised of private citizens who ensure that proposed transportation projects are responsive to the community's perceived needs and goals. Mr. Pascale also sits on the Miami-Dade County Florida Bar Environmental and Land Use Steering Committee.
