Land Use

Rasco Klock represents many clients, including one of the largest private landowners in Florida, in their efforts to own and develop property. In Florida, many areas are subject to pre-existing Comprehensive Plans. When this planning issue arises, our clients depend on our expertise and our existing positive relationships with a myriad of local, regional and state governmental authorities to, where necessary, amend the Plan to accommodate our clients proposed Land Use. This is a combination of the protocols and requirements of Zoning, Planning and Permitting.

Whether the driving issue is water, sewer, the environment, endangered wildlife or simply competition, Rasco Klock has succeeded in successfully representing the interests of their Land Use clients before various Boards, Municipal Councils and State and Federal Agencies.

Land use and land development in Florida is one of our region’s most thriving businesses – and we at Rasco Klock are very honored, on behalf of our clients, to successfully navigate and assemble the pieces of the zoning, planning and permitting ‘puzzle’ that often faces and discourages those involved in land development and construction.
