Rasco Klock’s Arbitration and Litigation practice group comprises seasoned litigators with extensive trial and appellate experience in both federal and state courts in more than 25 states. Our attorneys have tried innumerable bench and jury trials, as well as the successful representation of our clients’ interests before both domestic and international arbitral tribunals.

Our attorneys have argued in appellate courts throughout the country, addressing complex commercial disputes including those arising from breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference, loss of business opportunity, misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, misappropriation, negligence, wrongful death, professional malpractice, restrictive covenants, class actions, anti-trust violations and government related issues such as False Claim Act disputes.

Additionally, our attorneys have extensive experience representing clients in securities industry disputes. We represent investors, employees and broker dealers in a wide range of financial disputes, including investor/customer claims, employment matters, and regulatory proceedings. In this regard, our attorneys handle matters in diverse forums such as FINRA and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Rasco Klock represents clients in all forms of business disputes, product liability, deceptive trade practices, landlord-tenant disputes, real property matters, claims involving construction defects, complex family matters, probate, officer’s and director’s liability, agency, gender, age, and disability discrimination, as well as civil rights violations and health and safety issues in the workplace. In large tort cases, our trial attorneys have been entrusted with responsibilities of lead or co-lead counsel in many high profile actions, such as the Amtrak/Conrail disaster andthe Pan Am flight 103/Lockerbie terrorist bombing claims against the Libyan government.

In our firm’s alternative dispute resolution practice, our attorneys have handled arbitrations throughout the United States as well as internationally on behalf of individuals, companies and foreign governments. Our attorneys have likewise served on international panels. The forums in which we have appeared, both domestically and internationally, include JAMS, the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
